Payment & Shipping
Paypal and credit cards are acceptable payment and are processed upon check-out. No checks or money orders are accepted.
Acceptable credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Orders will be processed and shipped between two to three days on average following purchase and are shipped via USPS to the United States and internationally. Please see the chart below for corresponding shipping and handling charges. Orders of $150 or more will be insured free of charge.
Steel City Copper is not responsible for shipments once the package(s) have been mailed, however, we will work with our customers to assist in resolving issues as necessary. Returns are not accepted unless in the event of an error in processing and/or shipping the order (i.e. incorrect item) and are handled on a case by case basis.
